Wisconsin is apparently the most lenient about drinking (funny, I thought it was Louisiana). Personally I don't have any issue with the "family drinking". Yawn, drinking age should be 18 anyway. But if they're going to spout their German heritage, they should take a page from the German book on drinking and driving -- that's a huge deal. Drink whatever you want at whatever age you want, but stay the hell away from a car.
